Amount of Homes For Sale In Santa Clarita Is Rising – May 2014

We talk about this all the time on this blog, the inventory of Santa Clarita homes for sale! It’s so important for all to know and understand. Here we are in late May 2014, and the amount of homes for sale in Santa Clarita has been rising, yet again.

There’s been a 6% increase in the number of homes listed for sale in the Santa Clarita Valley since the first week of May 2014. More importantly, there hasn’t been an increase in the quantity of sales, our pace for May 2014 sales looks like it’s trailing that of April, when there was an even smaller inventory of Santa Clarita homes listed for sale.
