Every week I get calls from buyers shopping for Santa Clarita homes on Zillow, confused about why the home wasn’t actually available.
Zillow is connected direct to each MLS. So it must get some of it’s Santa Clarita home data from 3rd party sites and brokerages to feed them the information outside of the MLS.
Zillow provides quite a few home listings to browse through in Santa Clarita. Many of these home listings are pre-foreclosure homes which aren’t for sale, and some are of the “Make Me Move” or “Coming Soon” variety. You can filter your Santa Clarita home search on Zillow to just “For Sale” homes… but even then, many of the homes actual sale status is not up-to-date. It may behind hours, or days, or more with the real status – for instance if it was in escrow it should say “Pending”.

The last thing we want you to have to go through, is contacting 10 different agents via Zillow, for 10 different homes, and then having to deal with 10 different email/calls each day wagering for your business.
