It’s a little known fact that there actually is a gated community in Stevenson Ranch. It’s toward the top of the hill, and it’s not a single family home community. Nope… it’s a condo community called Crown Villas. Located off of Stafford Canyon Rd, you can find 2 bedroom condos, 2 bedroom plus loft condos, and 3 bedroom townhomes at the Crown Villas. It’s one of my favorite condo communities. There are lots of great angles in the floor plans there, and some of the units have fantastic views of the Santa Clarita Valley.
