Buying a home near old town Newhall in Santa Clarita

If you haven’t noticed, Old Town Newhall is one of the up and coming places to be! And I’m not just talking to dine in one of the newer eateries popping up along Main Street such as the Refinery or Southern Smoke BBQ and Brewhouse, but I’m also talking to do business there, and to LIVE!

It may not be very clear where the best options are to live in and around Old Town Newhall just yet, but as you spend a bit more time there, and venture into some of the side streets that connect to the area… you may start to see what I’m talking about.

For starters there’s the incredibly gorgeous neighborhood of Happy Valley, which you can access off of Newhall Ave and Market Street by heading west. There’s the charming single story bungalow ranch homes off of Newhall Ave just north of 11th street (by Dario’s Mexican restaurant – YUM), and there’s also the adorable early 20th century homes near Walnut and 8th Street intersection… just steps from everyone’s favorite, the Egg Plantation!

Coming soon to the area is the Newhall Crossings development which will feature 47 new apartment homes in a mixed use building that will also feature retail that’s adjacent to a 7 screen Laemmle theatre!

There’s so much to love about what’s happening in Old Town Newhall… and there’s so much more to come.

Here’s a link to an active search of homes for sale in this area. I hand selected areas that would be adjacent to this new thriving town center. The inventory of whats for sale is very low at time of his publication. So check back often, or save the following link to see a real-time update of what’s for sale near Old Town Newhall.
