Castaic homes for sale and real estate — Castaic home market saw increased sales and lower supply in February 2015 vs January 2015.

The rate at which all homes in Castaic would take to sell, has dropped in February 2015 form a 4.4 month supply in January, to just a 2.5 month supply. Thanks to an increase in sales and lower supply…. the demand appears to be increasing in the Castaic real estate market.
