Quite simply, YES! It does! If you’ve searched home listings online, you’ll see quite a few Santa Clarita home listings for sale that don’t have professional photos. This is a topic not talked about much by real estate agents – perhaps a dirty secret? The fact is that you as a home seller, deserve professional photography for your listing. There are some homes, granted, that are cluttered, they are fixers, or the owners don’t want much more than an exterior photo taken, but these are the exceptions to the rule. Most Santa Clarita homes listed for sale by agents, don’t benefit from professional photos being taken. The real estate agents are too cheap to spend the money to make this happen.
