Yesterday, I had the pleasure of showing some clients homes for sale in Santa Clarita. We were looking in the Happy Valley Newhall area of Santa Clarita. This is an area just south of Lyons Ave., it’s a beautiful area with oak tree lined streets, and older custom homes. If you like a retreat from the typical suburban tract home community look and feel, Happy Valley in Newhall might be worth a look.

The home we looked at was a 4 bedroom single story home on approx 10,000 sq ft lot. Priced at under $500,000, while offering a remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, it’s a home that caught my client’s eye.
