How Do I Find Santa Clarita Foreclosures?

Finding homes for sale is much easier these days. But sifting through the Santa Clarita foreclosure inventory is a different story. Sometimes you find homes that are “foreclosures” or “pre-foreclosures” but they aren’t listed for sale. Such homes listed for your review can be confusing. They show up on home-for-sale-type-websites like Trulia or Zillow, but… they aren’t “For Sale.”

I’m not feeling the need to confuse you right now, or commence a lecture on the different variations of foreclosures and why they’re listed here and there on the interwebs…

But…

If you’re looking for Santa Clarita Foreclosure homes that are actually listed for sale, then look no further than AskRobertSCV.com! Head over to my Santa Clarita Home Map Search. From there:

1) Choose your basic criteria such as price & size

2) Under the additional criteria tab, select Foreclosures

3) Then select either pre-foreclosures and short sales, AND or bank/lender owned.

4) Then click the View Results tab!

That’s it.

Finding Santa Clarita foreclosure homes is that simple.Ā

Keep in mind a pre-foreclosure is not the same thing as a foreclosure. It’s just a home that has not yet been foreclosed in (pre). It may never get foreclosed on. Many pre-foreclosures in Santa Clarita are homeowners attempting to do a short sale. Heck, even a homeowner who has equity in their home can be in the foreclosure process!
