Median sales price is at $460,000 for June 2015
Escrows closed in June 2015 stood at 363
New escrows opened in June 2015 at 397 (should be stronger July #’s)
And 335 out of the 363 closed Santa Clarita home escrows were Standard Sales. Very little in the way of foreclosures or distressed property sales such as Santa Clarita short sale homes.
