Median Home Sales Prices in Santa Clarita Increasing Year Over Year.

I love it when new numbers come out in favor of Santa Clarita homeowners. It’s June, so now we have the May 2014 numbers, and they look good as far as the median home sales price is concerned.

When comparing to May 2013, we see that May 2014 median home sales price (single family homes) is up 15.3%. Pretty nice, right? Condos in Santa Clarita fared even better, in that they are up 19.6% year over year, May 2013 to May 2014.
