#5) The Stratford Collection at Valencia Summit: One of the best locations in Santa Clarita. Amazing views! But… pricey!

#4) Heather Ridge at Fair Oaks Ranch: Gated community, one of the nicest in the Canyon Country area. Great freeway close location. Prices are reasonable, but watch out for units that face the 14 freeway!

#3) Galleria at Alta Vista: Beautiful floor plans, two car side-by-side garages for even the two bedroom units, good size yards on some units, and some offer an excellent view of the entire valley!

#2) Mariposa at Plum Canyon: Excellent Sq Ft for the price and newer construction. Low HOA dues, no mello-roos, and a 3 bedroom floor plan that reaches 1850 sq ft! Don’t forget the large backyard on all two story floor plans with at least 1440 sq ft.

#1) Avignon: Huge townhomes with beautiful floor plans, many face the Valencia Country Club with large rear yards… Gated community, but very pricey! Great location near the Valencia Town Center… walk to the movies and all the night life.
