Santa Clarita Condos With Lowest HOA Dues

Mariposa Townhomes Plum Canyon Saugus
Mariposa Townhomes in Saugus have one of the lowest HOA dues in the entire Santa Clarita Valley for attached condo/townhome living.

When you set out to buy a Santa Clarita condo, you may be looking to find a great sales price, and a community with lower HOA dues. HOA dues can eat into your monthly expenses. Many condo communities can be well over $300/mo in Santa Clarita. It can be especially frustrating when you don’t even see the perceived value or utilize the community amenities. I set out to locate some of the best quoted HOA dues based on information inputted in the local MLS of which I’m a member.

It’s difficult to search condos by HOA dues, so here’s a list of approximate HOA dues as of the making of this blog post, as found and published on certain MLS listings in my research. When starting your Santa Clarita condo search, you will NEED to VERIFY the HOA dues for whatever community you’re pursuing a condo in – or have the agent you hire to represent you do that leg-work. Absolutely don’t rely on this list, rather let it serve as one more piece of information when putting the puzzle together that is your home search.

I’m here to help you and answer any questions – ASK Robert! You can start today by calling me @ 661-373-2374.
