Now available to the Santa Clarita area, is the amazing home search tool, Agentfolio, provided by Zillow for agents to use with the home buyers. As a Santa Clarita Realtor, I’m in love with this new experience I get to provide my home buyer clients.

That’s what I get to do with my clients in a much more user friendly manner than search tools of the past have allowed. AgentFolio allows me to create a “Folio”, and within this Folio both the agent (me), and the home buyer (you), get to save properties, discuss them in a thread contained within any given property, and to sort them in different categories like To Review, To See, and Saw & Liked.

Organizing your Santa Clarita home search is a team effort, and this new product that I’ve now implemented into my business is the best way to advance the services I provide to each client I help. It’s also a great way for me to keep in touch with my seller clients about home sale activity in their neighborhood.
