More often than not, when I’m working with home buyers who aren’t all that familiar with the Santa Clarita Valley, they tend to go for Valencia area homes and condos. While Saugus may not have the Valencia paseo system that will connect you to community draws such as the Valencia Town Center, Saugus still has beautiful neighborhoods, great schools, and a great community atmosphere situated within the northern portion of the Santa Clarita Valley, away from the freeways.

Where you’ll find a lot of value, is what you get for the money in the $400,000 range, for a single family home, compared to that of which you’ll find in the Valencia area, in the same price range.
