It’s moving so slow. I figured we’d be closer to 650+ Santa Clarita homes for sale inventory level by the end of March 2014, but that won’t be the case. None-the-less, we broke 600 homes for sale today, and I suppose that’s good for buyers. Although, come Monday or Tuesday the number will recede again once all the homes that went under contract over the weekend come off the market. At least this is proof of the temporary above 600 number. This figure includes all homes for sale in Acton and Agua Dulce. And includes all homes to the west out toward Castaic (The Santa Clarita Valley).
