Taking a look at the stats today for a buyer client of mine, I noticed that luxury home sales in the Westridge Valencia home market have increased in 2014 vs that of 2013.
Looking at home sales over $1.5 million, in 2013 there were just 6 in the Westridge Valencia area.
Fast forward to 2014, and only 10.5 months into the year, we’ve already had 11 luxury home sales in the Westridge area over $1.5m marker.
Prices have increased over the last few years quite a bit, this could be some sellers taking advantage of their improved equity positions and moving onto other areas, housing needs, or investments.
