Lennar has posted details of 10 FivePoint Valencia communities they will launch and begin construction on at some point in the near future. Pricing is not available at this time. I’ll share once I know. That said, below are some of the basics of the communities that will be offered. One of the coolest features of many homes being offered is a dedicated space in or outside of the garage for a N.E.V. – that is a Neighborhood Electric Vehicle, which will be super convenient to put around in the enormous master planned community that is FivePoint Valencia!
