I’m asked all the time… should I wait to buy a Santa Clarita home until next year (2014), or should I act now and begin the purchase process before the year ends? Most want to wait until after the holiday hoopla ends. Can’t blame them, because right now I have turkey on my mind and a winter Caribbean cruise with my name on it.
