Here are 6 Fast Facts About Williams Ranch

1. A Vineyard

I mean, really!? You read that right. Williams Ranch will have a “working” vineyard with a wine pavilion. Perhaps you can grow something sweet and aromatic and enjoy a nice little weekend at home?

2. Views

Many of the 497 homes built will have breathtaking valley and terrain views. Williams Ranch website states approximately two-thirds of the homes will have a view. And since the homes will be situated on larger lots, this gives you some breathing room from your neighbors while soaking in the horizon.

3. Citrus Orchards

There is a Ralph’s (Kroger) down the street, but, you may find ourself headed to the Williams Ranch citrus orchards instead. How innovative is this builder?

4. Williams Ranch Recreation Center

Not as unique, but certainly a common “must-have” when buying newer construction, is the recreation center. At the community hangout you will find a club house, swimming pool and and outdoor kitchen area. This space is going to be gorgeous, if the renderings are any indication. Have a look.

5. Parks and Trails

There will be several parks that vary in size within the gated portion of Williams Ranch, and trails for you to get around your own little city on the hill. There will also be one Los Angeles County Park that will be built as well, outside of the gated homes.

6. RV Garages & ADUs

When you have a nice new house, you may also want an RV and a place for the relatives to stay during the holidays. Williams Ranch offers garages to accommodate your RV and finished ADUs as well, only on select floor plans.

7. Commute Access (bonus fact as a thank you for reading)

I know some of you may think Castaic is “too far”, but, think again. Williams Ranch has very easy and quick access to I-5. If you’re considering a home in North Valencia areas of the 91354 zip code, you’re more likely to get to the freeway much faster living in Castaic. You won’t just get to the freeway faster, but if you work anywhere in LA, this means you’d get to work faster too! You may have to try this theory out to believe it.
