My favorite community at Creekside is the Andorra townhomes. They have beautiful floor plans and come with ample sq ft for those in need of space, yet opting for an attached home.
At the time of this post, you could still find a home with over 2,000 sq ft, for under $500,000 at Valencia Creekside. That’s a great value. With a beautiful park, trails, and the Valencia paseo system nearby, the Creekside community is also a great hub for outdoor activities.
