First-Time Homebuyer Program In Santa Clarita Offers Tax Credit

In this video I’m discussing the limited Mortgage Credit Certificate program available in Los Angeles County to first-time homebuyers in which you can receive up to 20% tax credit for the annualized mortgage interest you pay.

I am NOT a lender… but I can direct you to a qualified lender who can help you qualify for this tax credit program for Santa Clarita first-time homebuyers.

In this video I go over a few of the limitations. There are others which the lender can help point out to you if this is of any interest to you. In 2021 there are limited applications that the LA County Development Authority is accepting each month through June 2021.
