Santa Clarita Home Buyers Face Lowest Inventory Ever

Realtor.com reported that nationally inventory is at an all time low, just under 700k units for sale. The Santa Clarita real estate market is mirroring that trend, with just under 200 homes for sale as of this weekend.

We’re helping quite a few seller’s who are moving out of California, many are retiring to a lower-cost of living state, such as Idaho, Arizona and Texas. It doesn’t matter if you’re moving to Santa Clarita, or moving away to another city or state… you’re going to be met by a low inventory of homes to choose from as evidenced by the report noted above which shows a drop in national inventory of 40% since December 2019.

My goal is to help as many buyers as possible in 2021 in such as way that I can help them find OFF market inventory. Essentially help create inventory JUST FOR YOU. There are numerous way of doing this, and it’s especially helpful if your criteria for a Santa Clarita home is detailed and or restrictive to what’s currently on-market.

Likewise if you’re relocating to another city or state, I have established connections with GREAT real estate agents all across the United States who will give you 5 star service and help you find hidden inventory where the supply is low.
