The Santa Clarita housing market is still on fire as we work toward the first full week of 2021. With just under 185 homes for sale in the Santa Clarita Valley, buyers and sellers over the last 7 days put 61 homes in escrow, compared to only 33 listings that hit market. Almost a 2 to 1 ratio. That’s great news for sellers, but not so much for buyers still in the hunt for their Santa Clarita dream home.
